Booking Information

  1. Name

  2. Photos of your head all four angles ( front, back, left side, right side)

  3. Desired hair style

  1. Please have most of your day free the day of your appointment as the style may take longer than expected depending on the density of your hair.

  2. Hair must be 4 inches or longer all around (baby hair ok)

  3. Hair must be clean, detangled, and product free (unless you’ve booked prep service). 

    • plait your hair in 4 sections right after a shampoo and blowout if you choose to not book a shampoo service.

  4. Late Policy

    • Client may arrive 10 minutes early

    • $20, after 30 minutes

    • $60, 1 hour

    • No Call No Show = No Rebooking  

  5. Deposit

    • $30 deposit for all styles.

    • Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable unless the error is mine, and go towards the service total.

    • Cancelled appointment deposits are forfeited

  6. Payment

    • Please have your balance ready before your service. CASH, CashApp or ZELLE (504) 256-9195.

    • All payments are FINAL.

  7. Emergency Appointment

    • Emergency/Squeeze ins appointments/Same day appointments are +$50 extra.

    • Late appointments: 8p +$50 extra please contact (504) 256-9195 before booking

    • Saturday - Sunday appointment AND Travel fee:  ANY appointment scheduled for a Saturday - Sunday and Travel fee will have a 50% up-charge. * (service total x .5 = up-charge amount).

  8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed on every Sunday

  • 3-5 days processing time

RESCHEDULE POLICY NOTE: This applies to appointments and classes.

  • You are permitted one reschedule with your paid deposit. The rescheduled date must fall between the original date and the next 2 full calendar months.

  • You are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

  • A request to reschedule within 24 hours will require you to cancel your appointment and schedule a new one.

  • A 2nd reschedule will result in a forfeit of the deposits and a new appointment must be booked.  

Style change Request

  • can be made via email or phone (504)256-9195 no less than 48 hours before your appointment time. 

  • request a change within 48 hours, you will still be responsible for the original balance owed unless the service is of equal or higher value.  

Braid Hair

  • Hair is NOT included

Xpression pre stretch 42″: used for standard length braids (mid-back)

Xpression pre stretch 52″: used for Waist length braids and ponytails

Xpression pre stretch 72″:  used for Hip/butt length
